If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for replacement or refund, based on verification.

How to Raise a Request

  • Contact us within 2–4 days of delivery

  • Share clear photo or video proof

  • Email: earthstoryindia@gmail.com with your order number

Resolution

  • After verification, we may offer:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A refund, at our discretion

  • No need to return the damaged item

Important Notes

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Sale and regular items follow the same policy
